Our recent brush with disaster exemplified our neighbors ability to prepare, communicate, and help each other! Tampa dodged a major bullet with the break-up of Irma’s hurricane force winds, while splitting the force between Orlando and Tampa, avoiding direct higher forced winds on our areas. South Florida, the Keys, Puerto Rico, and several other islands were still hit hard and need as much support and prayers as possible. However, as seen all across our community the day after Irma passed by, neighbors were out helping each other clean up debris, downed trees and make minor repairs. This level of effort and support among community residents is what makes our community one of the best communities in New Tampa!

Thank you all for being there for one-another!
